JANUARY
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you want them all in the same folder then January should be in the back. If you have a lot of photos for the year, I would suggest putting each month or parts of the year in a different folder. It holds all yhe scans of a batch in memory, so if you scan a lot if photo with an older computer, it can take a while to write them to your computer. It only writes them to your computer when you finish that “batch” To scan the photos to different folders, place your first “batch” January in the top intake part facing out with the top of the photos down. Scan. At the end of the scan, a message will appear on your computer screen. Asking if you want to scan another “batch” of photos. If you put photos in the tray and click scan it puts them in the same folder. If you click done then it saves all the photos scanned in that batch or batches to the folder that you previously names January or what ever. You then load the next month of group of photos in the top and press the scan button, A message will pop up on your computer screen asking you to name this new “batch”. A new folder is made with that name. A nice feature that helps putting missed photos in the correct folder is when you start a new group, you can click on the folder name and a drop down menu will appear that you can choose a folder that you have previously set up and the current photos you scan will be set up in that folder. I love this printer. I use it with an apple.
