Hi Patrick, In order to fill a 120" diagonal screen using the Home Cinema 1080, the projector should be between 8' 11 9/16" and 10' 9 15/16". Seating distance is a personal preference, but you can visit the Epson support site for information to get started. You can hang the projector from the ceiling with a suitable projector mount. If you do ceiling mount your HC 1080 please use a safety cable. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
