• The scanner can send out email ONLY if - after you have scanned the item, you save the item. You then can send the attachement that you saved via email. You can't email an item directly from the scanner. Hope this is clear and that it helps.

• After you scan, the info will go into your files as a PDF, then you can attach that PDF to your email.
