Yes. I bought this scanner summer 2023 and was easily able to follow the instructions that came with the scanner to download the driver from Epson's website. It worked immediately with my Lenovo ThinkPad. Set up took less than 2 minutes. Just be sure when following the instructions to download the driver that matches your laptop's operating system (for example, Windows 10).

You can download the drivers from the Epson site for the scanner. The V39 II is not wireless. It requires a USB connection to work. Regards, Dylan - The Epson Team.
