Absolutely. Has slide holder templates. I scan mine at 4800 dpi and work on them in photoshop. Excellent results

see slide results in my review of this product. Go on You Tube first and make sure you understand the front and back side of the slide..Called emulsion side more dull. Learn this and even if you don't you can tell the software to flip the scan and it will still look great.
