• Hi Boatbase1, Yes it will. The Perfection V600 can scan in the following modes: 48-bit color, 24-bit color, 16-bit grayscale, 8-bit grayscale, and black and white (bitonal). The settings are in the Epson Scan 2 scan utility. Regards, Dylan - The Epson Team.
