On last question (Sorry!) the metallic rims on these slides from year 1954 are on pretty tight and are kinda large/bulky They will need to stay on through process, I think do you think it will impact resolution and quality of image of JPG? I am look for Fair to good quality (ie less than perfect is OK) for computer viewing Finally is the product returnable if I cannot get done what I need? thanks Chip

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Chip, This is Mark from Epson. I am not sure exactly what you have. Is this a mounted Ektachrome slide that measures 2.5 inches? Standard mounted 35mm slides are 2 by 2 inches. This is a list of the slide and film holder trays the V600 scanner ships with: 35 mm mounted slides (4 frames), 35 mm film strips (12 frames), Medium format strips 6x22 cm (2 frames). You need a computer to scan, but you can select the destination for the .jpg file, so it can be a memory card. Hope this helps. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
