• The software is available online! They also offer a piece of software that's normally behind a pay-wall for scan corrections since, unfortunately, Catalina doesn't support the ICE software. While it's not ideal, it is nice to see Epson putting making an effort to mitigate problems that Apple instigated.

• I do not have a CD, and just downloaded the software and manual, no problem. I am running Win10.
