• It doesn't use ink. You will need to print on a separate printer- it only scans

• Hello Joy. The V600 is a standalone photo scanner, so it doesn't include printing functionality, and no ink is required. If you're looking for an All-In-One printer with scanning features, please take a look at our EcoTank and WorkForce models. These devices will include Print, Copy, and Scan functionality.
