Yes, the V600 does work with Windows 10, and I am sure that you will be able to download any future Windows updates to your computer. You can also scan mounted 35mm slides, as well as 35mm film negatives and unmounted 35mm slide film. I use it primarily for medium format film scans, and you can scan 6 x 4.5 up to 6 x 22 film and unmounted medium format slide film. Hope this helps you.

works well with Win 10 and Epsons usually come with a slide adapter. Can't remember if mine had a slide adapter, but I will try to remember to look and see. There should be a listing of the contents either in the picture gallery or the listing itself.
