Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Good question. It might be able to do that depending on whether the highest resolution will make those tiny rectangles biggest enough to view. However I doubt it would be enough. I think a microfiche machine uses a magnifying lens, and then takes a picture of the page. I would check any company that still uses that to see if they have a solution, or used a service to do this. Buy it, try it. If it doesn't work or proves to be to time consuming - take it back (keep all materials in the box in good condition).
