• You can set a file prefix name for each scan. The software then adds a suffix number. IE: Christmas at home 92 - 001, 002, etc.

• Hello. The scan software used with the V600 includes various scan settings to provide adjustments and enhancements to your original. Unfortunately, there are no additional options to caption the photo. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
