Yes, I believe so but realize that you WILL NOT to able to output sound to external speakers or a receiver. Sound can only come from the projector speaker. I learned that after purchasing.

Hello LKM75. If your Samsung tablet includes Miracast, you can screen mirror content from your device on the EX9240 projector. Please be aware that sometimes apps can limit the content shared via screen mirroring. Therefore we cannot 100% confirm that Netflix will work without limitations. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

If you have WiFi get a Google Chromecast (3rd Generation) Media Streamer or Google Chromecast with Google TV (4K)- Streaming Stick. both will work fine with the Netflix.
