Hello. If you have more than one computer connected to your RR-600W, the control panel will give you the option to choose which computer you would like to send scans to. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

You can actually just touch the screen to wake and then be specific as to where you would like for it to be sent to. Computer, Network Folder, Email, Cloud, Memory Device, Etc. Simply download the software and connect to wifi. No need to connect to wifi if you have a Memory Device to plug in. The organization and simplicity of this device rocks! I am literally so very impressed with the functionality and simplicity of this device. It's such a relief that I am able to now scan and backup "EVERY" piece of paper that I have. I no longer have to be bogged down with paperwork and medical records that I carried everywhere for years. BUY IT! You will love it!
