Hello multipleaccts. Yes, the RR-600W allows you to separate receipts using the Epson software. Before the export process, you will need to sort the cards by account number in the credit card number column, then select the receipts to export as a group or batch. As an example, if there are two more company files for QB Online or Quicken, you will need to sign out of one and then sign into the other company file, as you can only export to one company file at a time. So again, the process is possible, but additional steps are required to ensure the accounting is kept separate. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
