• Hi Renee138. The Epson RapidReceipt RR-600W cannot read or scan PDF or any other electronic files directly. However, RR-600W can scan hard copies and export data to Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) files. Regards, Bobby - The Epson Team.

• There are various export and save options including one to save as a CSV File, which you can then open in Excel and save as a regular spreadsheet.

• How to take a scan several sheets of transaction history document line for line and convert by line to a xls or csv file? I have had Geek Squad here for 4 hours and we cant figure this out using all the software that came with the Epson rr600w scanner
