“When I save scans to Excel or .csv the files are unusable. Saved to excel loads a full page display and nothing to the spread sheet. When saved as .csv the info is random and of no value. What do I need to do to successfully save to excel?”

• You might want to try saving your spreadsheet as a pdf.
