QuestionI'd like my bookkeeper, who works from home, to be able to process receipts on this machine. Can the software be shared so that i can just load receipts here at the shop and she can categorize and send them through to QBO from home?

- Answer Hello DuaneH. Epson ScanSmart software will only scan your receipts and save the data. However, the Epson driver does integrate with QuickBooks. After the scan is complete, you can export the data to your software. So if you are sharing your QuickBooks data with your book keeper, then it should be visible. QuestionWe routinely scan card stock, double-sided, letter-sized pages, interspersed with regular copy paper. Will this scanner handle this?

- Answer Hello. The RR-600W can scan paper that weighs between 21 to 110 lb. If the card stock you plan to use falls in this range, it should work. - Answer Hello Frankie. The RR-600W can scan plastic and laminated cards. Plastic cards must be 2.1" × 3.3" in size and no more than 0.05 inches in thickness. If your credit cards are flat and meet those specs, then they should work. We recommend avoiding credit cards that have raised numbers or letters as that could lead to feed issues inside the machine. QuestionIf I scan 10 receipts it will save as one pdf file correct? If so, what if I have another receipt to add, can I scan the new receipt and add them to the existing pdf or would I have to print/locate the original receipts and then scan them together again?
