- Answer If you will be using one of the applications like dropbox(cloud) type to store data when scanned it can be accessed by any device that has access. If you will be using a usb drive you would have to ensure that it uses a format that both mac and windows read/accept if not you have to choose.

QuestionWhen I save scans to Excel or .csv the files are unusable. Saved to excel loads a full page display and nothing to the spread sheet. When saved as .csv the info is random and of no value. What do I need to do to successfully save to excel?

QuestionI need to scan to my Google drive AND the SHARED Google drives I set up between 2 offices. I also need for my asst to be able to scan to the same shared drive. Is this possible and how do I accomplish this? Currently, it only gives me option of my drive.
