• If you will be using one of the applications like dropbox(cloud) type to store data when scanned it can be accessed by any device that has access. If you will be using a usb drive you would have to ensure that it uses a format that both mac and windows read/accept if not you have to choose.

• Hello Kathy. Yes, the RR-600W can simultaneously be used on Mac and Windows-based computers. You would have to set up and install the software separately on both systems. You can also use the RR-600W on a mobile device with the Epson Smart Panel app available for download on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
