Hello CHERYL. Both scanners have a very similar design. However, the RR-620W offers faster scanning speeds of 45 ppm / 90 ipm compared to the RR-600W's 35 ppm / 70 ipm, and it also supports Windows ARM-based devices. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
