“These cartridges don't get anywhere near the number of prints it should, how does Epson get away with lying like this? I maybe printed out 10 color pictures and the cartridges are shot and these are not the ones that came with the printer”

I had the same problem and i HAD TO REPLACE all the cartridges at once or the printer did not recognize them. I bought a new printer. What a rip off!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I agree this printer was inexpensive for a reason I buy ink at AMAZON on their subscribe and save program. I actually miss my old printer at least HP had an affordable ink program and my printer although it was old at least could scan documents and email, store email addresses and feed documents to print. Granted it was more expensive, but more functional for a home office situation. Hope this satisfies your question.
