“Is this compatible with Quick Books software? If so, can I scan a document and it'll go into the Quick Books category I need it to? If not, can I scan several docs, then go into the scanned docs to move them to the correct category for my accountant?”

Hello MamaBear. The ES-300WR includes Epson ScanSmart software. The software allows you to take data from your scanned files and export it to your QuickBooks account. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
