“I can't get this scanner to scan anything past 3 feet of length. I returned my first one in hopes that it was faulty, but the same problem keeps persisting. Need it to scan a document that is close to 12 feet in length, does anyone know how I can do this?”

For reference, the maximum length at 200 dpi is 240", 300 dpi is 215", and 600 dpi is 53". If you need additional assistance, please feel free to contact our Technical Support team by phone.
