Hi Suzy, You can use the WorkForce ES-580W to scan loose recipe sheets and categorize them into different folders. It will be a semi-manual process because you will have to use the ScanSmart software that comes with the scanner to select a folder for each batch of scans and either enter a name or let the software automatically assign incrementing numbers as file names.
