“So the thickest it will scan is maximum thickness of 0.03 inches? I want to scan mail that may be as thick as 3/4" as JPG. Will this work?”

Hi Missy, 3/4" pieces will not feed through the WorkForce ES-580W. Please consider a flatbed scanner instead. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
