• Hi prz76, The WorkForce Pro WF-3820 has a touch screen. You can use an on-screen touch keypad to enter fax numbers or select preset numbers that you enter and save. In order to use the fax feature, the WF-3820 must be connected to a phone landline. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
