“Can this printer print a 3x5 index card? If not, which of your printers can?”

• Hello Knotfast. We have not tested index cards on the WF-3820. However, the printer supports printing on 3" x 5" paper that weighs no more than 68 lb (256 g/m2). If the index cards you are trying to print on have a blank white surface and meet these specifications, they might work. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
