• Hi jo, You can fax directly from the WorkForce Pro WF-3820. In order to fax, the printer must be connected to a phone landline. You can print good-quality photos on the WF-3920 using photo and photo matte paper. For professional quality photos, consider the Epson Expression series. The current Expression series cannot fax.
