Hello JohnnyWine. The WF-3820 and WF-4820 are very similar printers with minor differences in design and functionality. The WF-4820 includes a large 4.3" color touch screen for easy navigation and has slightly faster print, copy and scan speeds. Regards, Kevin - The Epson team.
