No, the largest size this printer can scan or print is A4. At least that the largest size in the paper tray and printer settings.

Hello. Unfortunately, the WF-3820 cannot scan and print 11" x 17" paper. The maximum supported paper size by the printer is 8.5" x 47.2" for printing and 8.5" x 14" for scanning. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
