• Hi Ben, The WorkForce Pro WF-3820 works just like a standard fax machine. It can send and receive, store fax numbers in a contact list, and send faxes to multiple numbers. In order to use the fax feature, the WF-3820 must be connected to a standard telephone landline. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team
