Hello. We recommend making sure the WF-3820 is properly connected either through Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or USB. If connected via USB, you can always try a different cable or USB port on the computer. Also, please visit our official Epson Support page to ensure you have downloaded and installed the latest drivers.
