“the carriage will not move over to allow me space to install the cartriges - i can get the black in but not the others what am i doing wrong?”

• Hello lad. We recommend initiating an ink cartridge change by going into the control panel for the WF-3820 and selecting Maintenance > Ink Cartridge(s) Replacement > Start. Then lift the scanner unit until you hear a click, and the carriage should slide over to replace the cartridges. • you have to instruct the printer that you want to change the cartridges and then the machine will open up the space. go to "settings" "maintenance" then "ink cartridge(s) replacement". a screen will display that says "replace the ink cartridge(s)" - click the START button.
