• Hi Suzy, Epson 252 and high-capacity 252XL cartridges are not compatible with the WF-3820. You can use them with the following Epson products: WorkForce WF-7620, WorkForce WF-3620, WorkForce WF-7110, and WorkForce WF-7610. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
