• I am not quite sure what you mean by phone paper. Yes you can print photos with this printer. This printer uses all standard photo paper sizes.

• Hello Robin. All supported paper types are loaded in the lower paper cassette of the WF-3820. Epson photo paper is supported, and you can print on sizes ranging from 3.5" x 5" up to 8.11" x 47.2". Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
