• You need to be connected to a land line, for the fax to work. The rest of the operations of the WF-3820 WORKFORCE PRINTER ARE WIRELESS.

• I have a land line computer. anything from my computer, I can print it out my new printer. I trust the Epson computer because my old one, I paid just 40 dollars for that printer in 1993, it finally notified me to buy a new one in January 2024. Of course, the price for inks are much more expansive.

• Hello bobby. To send and receive faxes, the WF-3820 must be connected to a telephone landline. Unfortunately, Ethernet or Wi-Fi will not work to use the fax feature. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
