• WF 2650 is a smaller unit for home use. 3620 is a larger unit for more office usage capacity. 3620 has a larger display screen.

• For the few dollars difference I returned the 2600 series and replaced my 3620 with another of the same model. Never had a bit of issue with 3620 and found the 2600 very flimsy and cheap feeling. I don't know any specific differences other than just the feel of the machine.
