Try uninstalling and reinstalling.  That worked for me

Hello Tree. We recommend printing out a nozzle check from the WF-2860's maintenance menu. This will help determine if you have missing print head nozzles. If so, you can initiate a cleaning from the same menu to help with printing color. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Technical Support team.
