Q: QuestionI purshased this printer last November. I found out that is can be converted to a sublimation printer. Do you have information on that or what I do to convert it. Where would I get the ink for sublimation?

Q: QuestionIs this printer compatible with printing from a chrome book?

• A:Answer At the moment, I can't get the printer to work without adding the IP address to Chrome OS. I am running Chrome OS 94.0.4606.38 and the printer isn't listed in the model number list for Epson. There are many other printers listed but not this one. I have gotten it to print but only by adding the local IP address of the printer to Chrome OS. It isn't as easy as the manual makes it sound.

• A:Answer 1. Yes 2. Kind of, but not scanning to a Chromebook 3. Chromebooks don't need drivers. 4. This printer isn't listed in the available printers on Chrome OS version 94.0.4606.38, you will need to add it to your chromebook using the local IP address. I haven't gotten it to scan any thing with my chromebook, but you can send scanned documents to Google Drive.
