  • QuestionCan the Epson Workforce 2860 be set to only work with a black cartridge?

    • Answer Hello Hocker. The WF-2860 uses Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black Epson Ink Cartridges. The printer can temporarily print in "black only" mode when other color cartridges are expended. However, we recommend replacing any expended color cartridges as soon as possible as this can lead to print head-related issues. Regards, Syd - The Epson Team.

    • Answer Hi Jean, The WorkForce WF-2860 features automatic two-sided printing, but the auto document feeder for the scanner scans one-sided. You can do manual two-sided copies. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
