“I just installed new cartridges but it is barely printing or printing very faded washed out colors. Is it the printer or did I use bad cartridges sold at Best Buy? I ran nozzle check and head cleaning functions but it is barely printing.”

• Amen to this printer being junk! I left HP to try Epson, but never again. I have to clean the nozzles every few days and it STILL skips. I've spent hours with customer service and still it is a mess! Going back to HP today!
