“print colors I have workforce 30 that is wearing out, I love the colors it prints, I purchased an Epson stylus printer and even though it uses the durabrite ink the colors don't print the same color as the workforce, reds were more pink yellows more pale and brown, colors just were not as vivid and were different shades, can anyone tell me if they had an older workforce printer they replaced with one of these or any other new wf model printer and if the colors print the same as the older workforce models. I need the printer to print the same shades of colors as my wf 30 prints.”

I have the exact same problem with this printer printing photos. Faded overall, muted colors. Blue skies appear grey, red hair appears brown. Actually it works a little better printing from my iPad but not using the AirPrint utility. It requires that I use Epson's print application and that I turn the printer "on" manually.
