“Can this printer print on fabric like a silk screen? And if not are there printers that can at Best Buy?”

• This printer can not print on fabric and does not like any media except plain white paper.

• It prints on many papers, textures and surfaces (see list under "Print Media" in PRINT SETTINGS box). Fabric is NOT one of them. Printing on fabric usually requires a very high-end "dye-sublimation" printer.
