“Printer prints only blank sheets now, bought it less than an year ago, tried head and nozzle cleaning. Tried with both Word document and also from email to print. Cartridge ink is almost full. Thanks in advance.”

This happened to me as well I brought it back to Best Buy and they replaced it no questions asked
