• The WF-7620 is a wider format machine, it will handle paper widths up to 13" . The WF-4630 will only handle 8.5" wide paper.

• The main difference is that the 7620 is a Wide Format printer, capable of printing to Ledger (11"X17") format paper, while the 4630 will only print up to Legal (8 1/2" X 14") paper.
