• I think you get an extra feeder tray (two paper slots) and you can change the printing size of your paper.

• The only difference between the WF - 7610 and the WF - 7620 is the 7610 has a Maximum Input Capacity of 281 sheets, a height of 13.4 inches and weights 40.8 pounds. The 7620 has a Maximum Input Capacity of 531 sheets, a height of 16.5 inches and weights 47.8 pounds.
