“My printer is not printing. It runs the paper through fine but nothing is printed on it. we checked the ink levels they seem to be fine. we are still using the ink that came with it. Any suggestions. Thank You Scott”

Physically check the cartridges. They may not be reporting properly. The cartridges that come with the printer don't last that long. Replacement cartridges are far cheaper than other brands. Always get the XL size, or if you print a lot, look into a continuous ink system They can be found all over eBay.
