That would be a question that UPS can answer since the services they offer vary by location. The information can usually be answered by visiting their website as well. The shipping cost is included in the cost you pay up front when ordering the box. The pre-paid label needed to ship the box back to Best Buy is supposed to be included with the box when you receive it.
