Does the M2 Smart Dash Cam require a mini sd card ? null

Yes….actually a micro SD card. Comes with a 16gb card. The camera will accept in to a 128gb micro disk card max. I purchased the sandisk 128gb Ultra mini micro card for my M2. Works well

A micro SD card yes. It comes with one, but you can upgrade to a larger storage size card.
